The company was founded by a group of professional entrepreneurs from prominent business families in the Sultanate of Oman and is licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority of Oman. Asset Management has always been at the core of Vision and the company created a separate entity to grow & focus on the Asset Management business leading to the creation of Vision Asset Management (“VAM”) in 2016 as a fully owned subsidiary.
